TBT Boasts a large variety of Group Exercise in Bangkok, from Boxing & Mixed Martial Arts to Hot Yoga & Bootcamps, we are well equipped to meet your every need.

Group Exercise is a fun & Social way to stay in shape & many of our classes are held at our facility, Studio 55.

This is an exclusive Boutique space for wellness set in a quiet area just off Sukhumvit 55 where we hold our Yoga & Pilates classes.

Total Body Training Bootcamp

The Ultimate cross Training workout which is designed to Burn Calories, speed your metabolism, raise your energy levels, Increase your muscle tone whilst improving your mobility, speed & endurance.
Bootcamp is for all levels of fitness & allows you to work at your own pace for maximum results.
Every Tuesday evening at 7pm at Lumpini Park (Wireless/Sarasin entrance)
Every Wednesday night 8pm at the Natural Park Sukhumvit Soi 49.
Every Thursday evening at 5pm at Thai Village (near Bangkok Hospital)

Total Body Conditioning

Firm & Tone your whole body with Total Body Training's specially designed workout class, with concentrated effort on Glutes, thighs, hips, abs and arms, giving you that perfectly formed physique you have always wanted.
Every Monday evening 7.45pm at the Natural Park.

Boxercise 55

A dynamic, action packed class based primarily on martial arts, combat and boxing & kick boxing techniques. This whole-body work-out increases cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination and flexibility, at the same time as self-defense confidence.
Every Tuesday at 8am at Studio 55.

Ab Attack

An intense, core stability work-out that isolates the abdominal muscles for the most comprehensive zoned work out possible.  Don’t be fooled by the 30 minute timed sessions – this class is tough and rough on your tum!
Every Friday at 9.45am at Studio 55.
