I first contacted Total Body Training after the birth of my second baby, I had gained 30 kilos and wanted to do something. They worked out a program for me allowing for the fact that I had had my second baby by C-section and had not exercised for over 9 months.

We worked twice a week and after a few weeks I noticed I was losing weight. After 4 months I had lost 24 Kilos and after 6 months I had lost 30 kilos. One and a half years on I am still exercising with Total Body Training, I feel more toned and fitter than I have ever been. I never enjoyed going to the gym so having a trainer who will come to my home is ideal.

I have been attending bootcamp sessions with Total Body Training and find them great. They push me to my limits and work me in a varied way which gets me out of my usual fitness routine. They are also great at keeping it interesting and each session is different.

I decided that I had to do something about my weight and fitness in May this year and Total Body Training was recommended to me by several of my friends. I was not completely enthusiastic about starting an exercise routine but thought I really had to do something. I met with Richard and with Matt and they devised a training plan for me that I found motivating and easy to follow. Within two weeks I had also taken up yoga and had begun swimming and running again. My shape began to change and husband noticed a change in my attitude, eating habits and body tone. I particularly enjoy the boxing and my stamina and strength have increased. Even during the summer months back in the UK I kept up my exercises which is usually unheard of!

Richard and Matt have totally changed my outlook to exercise and made me enjoy it again.... something I haven't really done since I was at school.
